Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data processed through this site is HolyVerre, the manufacture behind the collections shown here. You can reach us at any time at the address at the end of this page.

What we process, and why

The contact and trade enquiry forms on this site do not send anything to a server of ours. They open a message in your own mail program with the details you typed. We receive that message only when you send it, and we use it to answer you and, if you ask, to arrange a partnership. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering an enquiry you made, and, for partnership terms, the steps leading to a contract.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including your IP address and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. Those logs are kept for a short, fixed period and are not used to identify you.

Cookies and storage

This site sets no cookies for advertising or analytics. It stores one value in your browser: the language you chose. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and disappears when you clear your browser data.

Third parties

The typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers and Google sees the request the way it sees any web request. The site is hosted with a cloud provider that processes the server logs described above on our behalf.

Links to Instagram and LinkedIn lead to those services and their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Mail you send us stays in our mailbox for as long as the correspondence needs, and for trade partners, for the term of the partnership and the period the law requires after it. You may ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

You can ask for access to the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy of it. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
