Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the online store operated at holyverre.com (“the Website”), owned and operated by GSNB Group GmbH, a company registered in Germany.
1. Definitions
- “Store” refers to the online store operated on the Website.
- “Seller” refers to GSNB Group GmbH, the operator of the Store.
- “Customer” refers to any individual or legal entity placing an order or using the Store.
- “Consumer” refers to a Customer who is a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their trade, business or profession.
- “Product” refers to any goods offered through the Store.
- “Agreement” means a sales contract concluded remotely via the Store between the Seller and the Customer.
2. General Provisions
The Store provides international retail sales of urns and memorial keepsakes. By using the Store, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3. Ordering
- Orders may be placed through the website 24/7.
- All prices are shown in EUR or USD and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping to the Customer is included in the product price, with no additional charge for standard delivery.
- Orders are processed upon receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed.
- Order confirmation constitutes the conclusion of a legally binding contract.
4. Right of Withdrawal (EU, Canada, California)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, PIPEDA (Canada), and California Civil Code §1798.100 et seq.
- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify us in writing or by email.
- The Consumer must return the goods within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
- The Seller will refund all payments, including the product price which already includes delivery costs. The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the Consumer.
5. Shipping and Delivery
- We deliver to the EU, USA, Canada, and other international destinations.
- Delivery times vary by destination and are estimated at checkout.
- The cost of standard shipping to the Customer is included in the product price.
- The Customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
- Products are shipped via reputable carriers such as DHL and DPD.
6. Payment Methods
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or supported online payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, PayU).
- All transactions are processed in a secure manner.
- Payment is due upon order unless otherwise stated.
7. Liability and Warranty
- We warrant that the Products are free from defects upon delivery.
- Consumers have legal rights under applicable consumer laws (including German BGB, EU directives, US and Canadian consumer protections).
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
- Due to the artisanal nature of our products made of crystal glass and/or porcelain, a small number of air bubbles (5–10) may occur as a natural result of the production process. These are not considered defects and do not affect the quality or durability of the product.
8. Returns and Complaints
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, the Customer must notify us within 14 days.
- Complaints can be filed by email at contact@holyverre.com.
- Returned items must be unused and in original packaging.
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.
- We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) returns.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR, CCPA (California), and PIPEDA (Canada).
- Data is collected solely for the purpose of order processing and customer service.
- For US and Canadian users, additional rights may apply (e.g., data access, deletion, opt-out).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of the Customer’s country.

- In the US and Canada, Customers may contact local consumer protection agencies or use mediation/arbitration where required by law.

12. Changes to Terms
